2nd Quarter Update
We are operating at full occupancy. We are still considering the 4 garages at the Dalewood property. This will most likely be completed this fall and then we plan to refinance our loan later this year or early next. Since our new property taxes will be over 50% less, we will have some equity in these properties to make a refinance worthwhile and obtain lower rates going forward. Our new, reduced taxes will start with the September installment. In addition, I appealed the property taxes on our 5th Ave building and won the appeal. Our property taxes will go down about $250 per year.
